Processed Method: 48 hrs. 24 cherry, 24 hrs Parchment
Flavour: Fresh clean well balanced and uniformed with sweetness of delicate honey, apple/pear, citric lime/grape hints of black pepper and cinnamon, liquorice/aniseed, refreshing after taste of blackberry fruits.

United KingdomThis is an OK beverage but it is far from the coffee l usually drink. It is not pronounced in acidity as such, but it does have an overarching flavour of citrus, to my taste more lime than lemon, or even unripe pineapple! That said, it is not bland or run of the mill and l think many people would really appreciate the quality and style this brings to the coffee drinkers arsenal. Interesting.
