The finer details...
Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world and this Santos bean (named after its port) is considered to be a consistently good Brazilian coffee. The coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried. This method allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup. This coffee is widely used around the world on its own and in espresso blends.
Ordered dark roast received medium
Probably one of the softer dark roast coffees that I've tried.
This is a very sophisticated coffee - very dark and intense. Have re-ordered.
Great company, fab coffee, prompt service
Quite the worst coffee I've had from Redber.Nowhere near the depth of flavour from other dark roasts with a distinctive, and to me unpleasant, flavour. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it's the first coffee I've had that I have thrown away.
